Family drop in Woodland School
In the school holidays there are Woodland Activity days where kids from 0-9 can play, learn, make friends and have fun in nature.
Under 9s
Morning (9.30am to 11.30pm) or afternoon (1pm-3pm) sessions are available with trained forest school leaders, or Duke of Edinburgh leaders who will facilitate child led play based on what is happening on the farm that day, seasonal changes and the interests of the children. We can do some basic campfire cooking and Woodland crafts.

Democratic learning communities
The Future of Black Grove Woods
Inspired by the joyful approach to learning in Finnish schools. We would like to build a learning community at Black Grove Farm where kids have the experience of design and control over their own learning time.
