We have various exciting opportunities for people to come and work at the farm at the start up stage. We work in a cooperative way, so by working in the social enterprises, you have the opportunity to become a co-director, thus having control over your work environment.

Interested individuals would be responsible for growing the enterprises to make them financially sustainable though customer attraction and marketing.

We are looking for an individual with some experience of keeping goats or sheep and distribution of milk and milk products.

Hours: 15 per week

Co-Director of Black Grove Greens CIC Market garden

We are look for an individual with some previous experience of gardening on a market scale, keeping livestock for food (such as pigs and hens) or working within a Community, supported agriculture scheme. The ability and enthusiasm to work with volunteers and members of the public is essential. The belief in the principles of organic gardening, permaculture, regenerative agriculture and an interest in how small scale food production can contribute to a vibrant and resilient rural food economy is desirable.

Hours:15 per week

Renumeration: Living wage.

Co-Director of Black Grove Woods CIC Outdoor educations.

We are looking for an individual with experience in outdoor education. Whether it be forest school, woodland camp, scouts, holiday schemes, bushcraft skills, events or gardening. Experience of digital media and marketing, accounts and administration is desirable and a passion for the enrichment of children and adults lives through environmental education.

Hours: Seasonally dependent and flexible.

Renumeration: £10-£20 per hour.
