Management team

Owners: Jon Fuller and Rosaleen Earley

With a background in biology and outdoor education, Jon will be enjoying his favourite habitat by managing the woodland and hedges. He will be resurrecting the coppice rotation after 40 years of neglect, laying hedges and filling gaps and using grant money to plant over 1km more of hedgerows and 500 trees for an edible forest garden.

Interested in natural building, living lightly on the earth, woodland management, outdoor education and freedom for all!

With a farming in the blood, Rosie’s dream has been to carefully manage some land and produce food. Training for level 2 diploma in horticulture with the RHS, her permaculture design course, 5 years volunteering with Organiclea box scheme and the ‘Peace garden’ in London and 10 years spending holidays volunteering on organic farms has given her enough inspiration and experience to feel confident to start to manage the agricultural enterprises. Rosie is very interested in using proven alternative farming methods to regenerate soil and the therapeutic benefits for people of volunteering in natural settings. Interested in nutrition and healthy food, regenerative agriculture, permaculture, community building, empowerment and healing.
